According to reports by Football Italia, Cesare Prandelli is set to take over the manager’s position at Lazio.

Prandelli was reported to have met with Claudio Lotito to listen to the Biancocelesti job offer. The former Galatasaray coach has agreed a two-year contract and the club are expected to announce his appointment today.
Prandelli was sacked by Galatasaray in November 2014 and had been looking for a new club to join since then. The Italian gaffer has requested his new club to sign Manuel Pasqual as a free agent as he’s already worked with the former Fiorentina captain at the Artemio Franchi.
In the transfer market, Lazio has been very active as they hope to build a title challenging team ahead of next season. The club is particularly interested in Graziano Pelle, though the player has the options of Juventus and Milan as well. With the final call-up for Euro 2016 almost guaranteed, the 30-year-old has probably reached the best moment of his career, but it's not clear where he will be going now.
There are conflicting views within British media. The Daily Star recently reported that the Saints were looking to offer the striker a new contract, but the Daily Mirror thinks he will be sold instead. It remains to be seen how his value will change over the course of Euro 2016, another unknown variable. The latest odds on the StanJames betting markets show him at being 2/1 to stay and Evens to leave.
Lazio have also offered Fiorentina striker Guiseppe Rossi a two-year deal. The club is in the market with the departure of Miroslav Klose. Also, their top target in Arkadiusz Milil of Ajax appears too costly with the price tag of 20 million Euros.
Rossi has a history with injury problems but bounced back during his loan spell in spain where he scored six goals and provided two assists in 17 games. Lazio is also chasing Genoa pair in Leaonardo Pavoletti and Sebastian De Malo aside other targets for this summer.
