Italian publication La Gazzettadello Sport has revealed that Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoiis on the transfer list at Lazio. It was stated that Lazio are in the transfer market for a winger and England international Callum Hudson-Odoi is a target.

New Lazio manager Maurizio Sarri is not a stranger to Hudson-Odoi having managed him at Chelsea. Hudson-Odoi played for Sarri while the Italian tactician was the Chelsea boss for one season. During that season, they won the 2018/19 Europa League title together by beating London rivals Arsenal 4-1 in the final in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Lazio are looking to snap up wingers on cheap deals. A loan move for Hudson-Odoi is the target for the Italians. Hudson-Odoi could consider leaving Chelsea this summer after his playing time decreased last season. The Englishman made 37 appearances for Lazio in all competitions for his West London club. Callum Hudson-Odoi had just ten starts in the Premier League.
The aforementioned Italian media outlet reported that Lazio are eyeing a loan move for Hudson-Odoiwith no option or obligation to buy attached.
20-year-old Hudson-Odoi is a versatile player who can play either on the left wing or the right wing.
In the season under Sarri at Chelsea, Hudson-Odoi had an attacking output of 6 goals and 7 assists in 29 matches. He didn't finish the season due to an Achilles tendon injury.
Lazio might have a problem with the loan signing of Hudson-Odoi due to the fact that he's a non-EU player. The Italian capital club can only sign one more non-EU player after Brazilian international Felipe Anderson. This means Lazio would have to renounce the signing of Filip Kamenovic to accommodate the aforementioned Chelsea winger.
Lazio are working on transfers in the current window with focus on strengthening their frontline and Serbian forward Filip Kosticof Eintracht Frankfurt is a target.
